Mies van der Rohe Barcelona Pavilion 3D Model Cinem4d- Corona Renderer
Mies van der Rohe Barcelona Pavilion 3D model - Cinema4d - Corona renderer
The Barcelona Pavilion, built in 1929 for the Barcelona International Exposition, is a masterpiece of modern architecture. Designed by Mies van der Rohe together with Lilly Reich, it represents a manifesto of rationalism and minimalism. It is composed of horizontal planes and free-standing walls that intersect, creating fluid and continuous spaces. The materials—green Tinos marble, golden onyx, glass, and chromed steel—are elegantly used to emphasize lightness and transparency.
The building had no practical function but was intended to represent the modernity and values of the new German Republic. Also famous for the Barcelona chair, designed specifically for the occasion, the pavilion is an icon of 20th-century architecture. Rebuilt in 1986 in Barcelona, it is now a permanent work of art.
